Registered for Selective Service in 1942 as a part of the “old men’s registration”. At the time, he lived at Blackbird (Townsend), New Castle County, DE. He worked at Fort DuPont, Delaware City, DE. We assume from the registration card that Mrs. Violet Leathrum was his wife.
